Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CodeHarana (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have parental consent, to use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Build or distribute malware, phishing pages, or content that violates any law;
• Infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• Generate content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative;
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Your content & ownership

You retain all ownership of the prompts you submit and the projects and code you create with the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

4. AI-generated output

The Service uses AI models to generate code and other output. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or insecure, and may resemble output provided to other users. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any generated code before relying on it or deploying it to production. We make no guarantee that generated output is fit for a particular purpose or free of errors or vulnerabilities.

5. Credits & billing

The Service runs on build credits. Each AI build or edit consumes one credit. New accounts receive a batch of free welcome credits, and you may purchase additional credits in one-time packs — there is no subscription. Prices are shown before purchase and may change with notice. Purchased credits do not expire. Failed or cancelled builds are automatically refunded to your credit balance, so you only spend a credit on builds that land. Payments are securely processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. Monetary refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or interruption, though we maintain reasonable backup practices.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODEHARANA AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS OR USD $50.
