Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains our position on refunds for build credits purchased on CodeHarana (the βServiceβ). It forms part of our Terms of Service. Free welcome credits never involve a charge, so nothing here applies to them. Payments are securely processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.
1. Try before you buy β free credits
Every verified account starts with a batch of free welcome credits, so you can build and ship real apps with no card and no charge. We encourage you to explore the Service on your free credits before buying a pack, so a purchase is the right fit.
2. How credit packs work
Credits are purchased in one-time packs β there is no subscription and no recurring charge. Each AI build or edit consumes one credit. Purchased credits do not expire; they stay in your account until you spend them.
3. When refunds apply
- Unused packs β 14-day refund. If you have not spent any credits from a pack, you may request a full refund of that pack within 14 days of purchase.
- Spent credits are final. Once you have used one or more credits from a pack β including any credit spent on a build β that purchase is considered used and is non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Partial packs. A pack from which credits have already been spent is not eligible for a partial or pro-rated refund.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms (e.g. abuse or chargeback fraud) are not eligible for a refund.
4. Automatic build refunds
You only pay for builds that land. If an AI build fails, is cancelled, or returns nothing usable, the credit is automatically returned to your balance β no request needed. This is separate from a monetary refund and does not affect the 14-day window above.
5. Billing errors
We will always correct a genuine billing mistake. Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or charges you did not authorise are reversed in full once verified β just email us from the address on your account.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this Policy removes or limits any refund or cancellation right you have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where mandatory local law grants you a refund right that cannot be waived, we honour it.
7. How to request & processing
To request a refund or report a billing error, email [email protected] from the email address on your account, including the charge date and amount. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5β10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
